mixtape

I developed this audio drama from a simple idea, a horror podcast in small town in the 1980’s. I focused on natural dialogue for distinct voices. Editing involved multiple revisions for pacing and clarity, incorporating peer feedback to enhance the narrative. The sound design and voice recording combined dialogue, effects, and music, creating an engaging audio experience that captivates listeners.

the wright girl

In "The Wright Girl," a spirited high schooler transitions from city life to the quieter Regina. As she faces challenges in fitting in, making friends, and adapting, listeners share in her relatable journey through adolescence. With humour and candid stories, Nakari explores identity, belonging, and the trials of starting anew.
